Nagoya Meshi I grew up in Nagoya region of Japan, where it is known to have distinct Japanese food culture. Japanese dishes that have roots and/or are loved in Nagoya is called “Nagoya Meshi” and well-known among Japanese. One of the most famous Nagoya Meshi is hitsumabushi.
